The Final Bow

 Bismillahir Rohmaanir Roheem

Assolatu wassalaamu 'alaa Rasulillah SAW

More than often, we overlook the amanah and responsibilities that comes with the things we want to do or hope to achieve. Without betting an eyelid, we pounce to chances of undertaking roles that we are ill-prepared for. The surrounding and people we live in and with somehow have a part to play in this. Little did we realize that we are consumed and motivated by our ego and nafs. However, Allah SWT knows, yet He allows it to happen. Every choice we make will come with the outcome and consequences. If good comes from it, alhamdulillah; it's a nikmah from Allah SWT otherwise, He wants us to reflect, learn and make good out from it.

As for me, the role of a spokesperson was never my dream nor my focus. However, circumstances put me in that position, and it comes with many sweet and bitter experiences. As a spokesperson, you are always on the forefront and facing all the emotions and backlashes from others. You are expected to have good adab and akhlaq whilst fulfilling your duties and try your best not to display your true emotions.

As years goes by, you accumulated many wounds and scars that never heal. It became part of you and continues living. Occasionally, the wounds and scars do bleeds again as someone inflicts hurt on the same place. These unseen wounds and scars remind you of the many battles you went through, and they somehow mature you. For these reasons, I never wanted to put anyone to be in the forefront if I had a choice. As I know what evolves and revolves around this role of a spokesperson. However, I know with certainty, if Allah allows it to happen, He must have His Wisdom for doing so.

Now that I have aged, I no longer have the strength and keenness in doing so. As the title shown, I am finally taking my final exit from being a spokesperson. I do not foresee the need for me to do so. Furthermore, I have to make up lost time. There are so much to be done, and I am left with very limited time. It is time for me to do what pleases Him only. It is time for me to be doing what He wants me to do..... Bi Idznillah
